Own Fleet — Time for Our Own

After every intensive transport season comes a time when the workshop becomes the company’s operational centre. Now — when freight activity eases off — our technical team carries out one of the most important phases of the year: comprehensive preparation of our own fleet for the next operational cycle.

Downtime Is Work Time

For the workshop, there are no standstills. Periods of reduced transport activity are fully used for an in-depth inspection of tractor units and trailers. We go wherever daily schedules normally don’t allow: hydraulic systems, suspension, braking systems, electrics and control unit diagnostics — every component is thoroughly verified.

Scope of Seasonal Work

  • Full electronic diagnostics of the drive units
  • Brake system and suspension check
  • Technical condition assessment of trailers — frame, axles, installations
  • Replacement of operating fluids in line with the maintenance schedule
  • Road tests and parameter verification post-service

Reliability as a Standard

A preventive — rather than reactive — approach is the cornerstone of our service philosophy. Leaving the season fully prepared means we can focus entirely on orders when the market picks up again. A fleet that leaves the workshop is ready for intensive work without unplanned downtime.

This is the foundation on which we build a reputation as a reliable company — not only for external customers, but above all within our own operations.
